British Fun Fly Association’s Fun Fly Festival

This is an event aimed at introducing new pilots to the wonderful sport of Fun Fly competition flying, whatever their skill level or experience. Fun Fly is the perfect way into competition flying, and is very affordable and accessible to everyone using normal, club style sport models or Fun Fly designs. It is also a great event for the more experienced fun flyers to practice or see how their new models perform in some competitions. Classes for novice and expert fun flyers including the Foamy Class for standard, out the box foamies. We at the BFFA always aim to show that Fun Fly competition is one of the friendliest and welcoming classes, with classes suited to any skill level. It is also very rewarding and incredibly skillful at the top level, but above all showing that competition flying can be incredibly FUN!

The event is open to any BMFA member, with two separate days of competitions, practice or instruction in fun fly competition flying with a variety of the favourite club style fun fly competitions to try. Trophies awarded both days.

£15 per pilot, per day (paid on the day) and camping available from the Buckminster office.
