Fun Fly Nationals

Join us for the British Fun Fly Association’s Fun Fly National Championships. Open to any BMFA member with an A certificate and newcomers are very welcome! Novice up to expert classes.

Classes 1, 2 and 3. Take part in up to two classes for no extra fee, including the Foamy Sub Class for standard, out the box foamies. Two day competition with briefing at 9am both days. Any qualifying fun fly or sport model can be used with trophies and certificates awarded in each class plus the Robin Jones Trophy for the overall National Fun Fly Champion for 2026.

£30 entry fee for the weekend (paid on the day). Juniors FREE! Camping available from the Buckminster office. Fun Fly is a great way into competition flying and is one of the friendliest yet challenging and skillful classes at top level, but always following the Fun Fly principles that competition flying can be incredibly rewarding but above all FUN!
