BMFA Silent Flight Nationals F3L/F5L

The arrangements for the BMFA Silent Flight Nationals have now been finalised. The BARCS store is now open to book the F3L/F5L competition flown to FAI rules. All names and if you are flying F3L or F5L, will be taken by the booking process and not by the CD.
The F3L/F5L competition flown to FAI rules will take place on Monday the 31st August 2026.
BMFA Buckminster has kindly reserved all flightlines for our use, without additional cost, for Friday 28th August.
I will post the competition post around the Thursday 13th August on the BARCS FxRES forum. If you can’t wait, you can make reference to the proceedings from the Silent Flight Nationals posts from 2025, our last competition flown to FAI rules.
Alex Maxfield will be running the scoring and timing side of things. This will be helped along by using E-scoring. I, Richard Newsham, will be CD.
